We all like to think our home looks just right, but in truth there are times when we could do more to give it a new lease of life. Any house or flat in which young children live, eat, sleep and play is bound to be messier and more chaotic than others, but that doesn’t mean the place should be left to slowly decline. Here are some ideas. A dab of paint here, a dab of paint there Every parent [click here to read on]

Our Easter Holidays

3 of my Easter activity ideas were featured in a round up the other week. Ten Ways To Keep Your Children Entertained Over Easter I was pleased that my ideas were used and hope everyone had lots of fun over the Easter holidays. We didn’t make it to Blackpool Tower in the end as Bob wasn’t very well but we will be visiting soon! Watch this space. We had a wonderful day at Eureka with our friends on Easter Monday. Germ Busting Fun With Appliances Online

Last week Bob was invited to be an ‘allergenius’ by Appliances Online and Hotpoint. We weren’t really sure what to expect from the event. We arrived and Bob was given a special t shirt which she was very pleased with! She wore it for a few minutes but when she realised that the other children weren’t wearing theirs yet so she took it off. I didn’t even have time to take her photo. I am not sure how much longer it will fit me. I am hoping I will be able to cut the elastic [click here to read on]

Prosecco Or Champagne - What's The Difference?

Today I have a post from Kira which makes me very jealous! It is all about bubbles and I haven’t had any bubbles this year! It is a good job that pregnancy is worth it! 🙂 This is a photo (taken by my friend Kiney) of the last time that a sip of bubbles passed my lips. Ah, the good old days! Prosecco Or Champagne – What’s The Difference? People often mistakenly think that that champagne and Prosecco mean one [click here to read on]

Pregnancy Diaries - 5 Weeks

This post was written on the 31st of January whilst I was still keeping my pregnancy a secret. I have heard it said that no two pregnancies are alike. If mine are anything to go by that’s true. I never suffered with morning sickness in my first trimester with Bob but I did suffer from all day sickness in my third. I ended up being hospitalised as I was severely dehydrated. In the beginning I never felt sick. With this [click here to read on]
