Pregnancy Diaries - 15 Weeks

This post was written on the 6th April Bob hasn’t been very well this week. I hate seeing her poorly! We have spent lots of time snuggling and watching films. I haven’t thought about being pregnant much but I have thought about how much I love my little girl! It seems impossible to think that I will be able to love another little one as much. I am sure when the baby arrives my heart will be plenty big enough [click here to read on]

Financial Nesting

I have never fully understood credit scoring. When my husband and I tried to apply for credit about 10 years ago the results never made sense. I was working in a job that paid slightly more than minimum wage and was surrounded by student loans and overdrafts and companies were bending over backwards, trying to lend me money. My husband had a good job, in a management position but as he had never had a loan or a credit card [click here to read on]

The Size Of A Lemon

Pregnancy Catch Up 14 weeks pregnant – our baby is the size of a lemon Bob already knows what lemons taste like so she seemed to go into hiding when I told her what this week’s fruit was. 🙂 For some reason she pretends to like lemonS. When we have a slice in a drink she asks to taste it. Even when it has been sweetened by the drink she still pulls some crazy faces when she tastes it. I [click here to read on]

Camp Smokey

After our Gruffalo Hunt in the woods Bob was getting tired. We had walked far and we were just contemplating walking back we stumbled upon a wonderful surprise! Camp Smokey! I had seen Camp Smokey on a map and assumed it was a camp site. It is much more than that! It is a wooden bar/restaurant that seemed like it would have been the perfect place to have a hoedown and drink beer (if I wasn’t pregnant). The music they [click here to read on]

Now You Are 4

I cannot believe my baby girl is 4 years old today! The years are flying by and I am still in denial that she starts school in September! She is growing and learning every day and I am already proud of her loving and generous personality! She will make a wonderful big sister! Here is a little video of her 4th year. Below are my other videos of my baby growing up far too quickly! Now You Are 3 Now [click here to read on]

Share A Smile - Goldilocks

On Wednesday I went to watch Bob’s nursery perform their summer concert. It had a fairy tale them me and they told us 3 stories, The Enormous Turnip, Goldilocks & the 3 Bears and The 3 Little Pigs. Bob played The part of Goldilocks and I was so proud of her! I have a wonderful video of it but I can’t share that with you as it has other children in and I don’t have their parents permission. I did [click here to read on]

A Gruffalo Hunt

Bluestone Holiday Park is surrounded by beautiful woodland. Whilst we were there it seemed silly not to go on an adventure. Bob enjoys walking in the woods but she ‘tired legs’ quite quickly. If she has something to keep her occupied she can walk much further. I tend to make up a scenario for our walk. Recently we went on an Easter Bunny hunt. Throughout the woods the Easter Bunny had left little chocolate rabbits (or my nephew had run [click here to read on]
