Driving Again!

It may have taken me 2 years but I have finally got my confidence back when it comes to driving. I drove halfway to Devon the other day and feel as if I could drive anywhere as long as I have Siri telling me which way to go. After the accident I never thought I would be comfortable behind the wheel again. I panicked as there was nothing I could have done to prevent it. If I had been speeding [click here to read on]

Bob's First Hair Cut

I dreaded Bob’s first hair cut! I loved her curls and was reluctant to have them chopped off. It got to the stage where the ends were tatty and I knew I had to do something about it. There is a salon near where we used to love that specialises in children’s hair cuts. My friend had told me how good it was so we went there. It was brilliant! Bob got to choose whether she would like to drive [click here to read on]

Healthy, Healthy, Healthy.

I have always known that I wasn’t very healthy. I try to eat plenty of fruit and veg, but some days the closest I get is a Haribo strawberry. Luckily Bob has a wonderful new case to make the experience much more enjoyable! When Pink Lining asked if we would like to review their range of wheelie cases I knew that one would come in handy! They have several different designs and [click here to read on]

Child Proof

Now Bob is older we have relaxed on child proofing. Our last house was child-proofed to the brim, but in our new house we haven’t even put up a safety gate.  Bob is old enough now to not open drawers that you tell her to and she is steady on her feet. I still want to put a catch on the cupboard where we keep the cleaning products just in case, but in comparison to the extremes we went to [click here to read on]

After a crazy few days all of our furniture is in place and most of the boxes are unpacked! There is the small problem of where I am going to put all of my shoes but I am planning a big shrine somewhere. I just have to convince my husband. Our new house is lovely! It has many more stairs than we are used to but it will save me having to find a gym. Bob loves it! She has [click here to read on]
