Today's The Day The Teddy Bears Have Their Picnic

As some of you may know, I quite enjoy party planning and I am not one to do things by halves. If a party has a theme, I am in my element!!! We decided to have a teddy bears picnic to celebrate Bob’s first birthday, as she loves teddies! I searched the Internet for teddy bear themed party ware and found some fabulous plates, cups, napkins and party hats. I also found some gorgeous fabric tea sets by Oskar & [click here to read on]

How Time Flies!

On Friday my gorgeous baby girl turned one! I am not sure where this last year has gone! You would think that it would have gone slowly, as there have been many more waking hours in the day since Bob arrived, but it has passed in a heartbeat! Bob was a little under the weather on Friday so we had quite a relaxing day. We played with her new toys, did some last minute preparation for her party on Saturday [click here to read on]

The Not So Terrible Twosday (Not Just For 2 Year Olds)

Although they are always light hearted and silly, I don’t think that I can write a Terrible Twosday about Bob this week as she has been a super star, even though she has not been well. It was her 1st birthday on Friday. On Thursday she seemed fine but on her birthday she woke up with a terrible cough. She seemed alright in herself and she still enjoyed playing with her new toys. On Saturday we had a Teddy Bears [click here to read on]

Although our holiday started badly, it ended well. (See A Holiday Of 2 Halves.) That is until the day that we were going home. Bob adjusted to Spanish time whilst we were away. She would siesta for an hour and a half at teatime, stay up until 11.30pm and then sleep in until 9.30am. Don’t get me wrong, she still woke up every 2 hours throughout the night but I would have been worried if not! 😉 The bus that [click here to read on]

A Holiday Of Two Halves

The first few days of our holiday were a nightmare! I honestly think that it would be easier to go abroad with a baby who is a few months old than take one that has been weaned and is beginning to find their feet. At least when they are tiny their milk provides all of the nutrients that they need. I tried to feed Bob similar things to what she has when we are at home. This wasn’t easy, as, [click here to read on]

Terrible Twosday (Not Just For 2 Year Olds)

We’re home! Hope you are all well! I have written a post about our holiday entitled ‘The Holiday Of 2 Halves’ but, as we have only just arrived home and it is Twosday Eve, I thought that I should post a Terrible Twosday first. Bob was a little star during our holiday so I have found it hard to think of a Terrible Twosday. I have, however, thought of a funny thing that she liked to do, which caused a [click here to read on]
