Pregnancy Diaries - 25 Weeks

Written on the 15th June I have still been struggling with acid reflux and sickness but this time I seem to be able to control it with diet and medication. Fingers crossed!  Although I am on the same medication as last time I have been told to take it in a different way. When I was pregnant with Bob I was told I could take up to 2 tablets as and when required. By the time I took the tablet [click here to read on]

Oskar & Ellen Castle Play Set Review

I love Oskar & Ellen products! We have the picnic set and the afternoon tea set which I bought to use at Bob’s 1st birthday party. We had a teddy bears picnic. 🙂 these sets are still getting played with over 3 years later. I didn’t realise the variety of play sets that Oskar & Ellen sold. They sell lots of lovely things including small world sets. There are so many and they all look gorgeous! In the end I [click here to read on]

The Size Of An Ear Of Corn

Pregnancy Catch Up 24 weeks pregnant – Our baby is the size of an ear of corn Bob loves sweetcorn so I didn’t have a challenge getting her to eat this week’s vegetable. She loves it so much that I have to be careful if I am making tuna and sweetcorn pasta for lunch. She always asks if she can help me and I let her add the ingredients to the bowl. Share A Smile - Caring

On Sunday we went to Rufford Park with our friends. We had a lovely afternoon! The part that I will remember for quite some time is when Bob found a tiny toad. She is used to seeing them as we had lots of them in our garden where we used to live. As this one was on it’s own she felt an overwhelming urge to take care of it. She was so caring and loving towards it! She looked down [click here to read on]

Deep Freeze Cool Patch - Relief In Pregnancy

I may not be the most athletic of people but I do enjoy light exercise. I love taking Sally on a walk and I enjoy walking around the shops too. 🙂 I used to go to a local yoga class but when I found out that I was pregnant I stopped going. I tried to find a pregnancy yoga in my area but they were all quite far away. Fortunately, having a 4 year old keeps me on my toes [click here to read on]

Fairytale Phonics Sticker Books Review

Bob loves sticker books and I love educational activities so when I was asked if we would like to review Miles Kelly’s new range of fairytale phonics sticker books I couldn’t wait to share them with Bob. There are 8 titles in this series. We were sent Little Red Riding Hood, Goldilocks and the 3 Bears and Puss in Boots. The books are beautifully illustrated and the story has been written to emphasise certain sounds. As I read the story [click here to read on]

Pregnancy Diaries - 24 Weeks

Written on the 8th June When I was pregnant with Bob I suffered with terrible acid reflux and at 30 weeks pregnant I was hospitalised because of it. This week I have started with terrible heartburn and acid reflux. I rang the doctors and they were great! I popped in and spoke to the receptionist and she said she would get a doctor to ring me. They looked back on my notes and prescribed me the medication that I was [click here to read on]
