The Lost Party Post

I wrote several posts about Bob’s 2nd birthday, using the wonderful photos that my friend Emily took. I thought that I had published all of them but I have just been going through my drafts and I realised that I had missed one. As well as the parachute and the giant beach balls there was lots more fun to be had! I bought a clown ball toss and a quoits games and we also set up Bob’s garden toys. The [click here to read on]

Tortoise!

I have wanted a tortoise for years! One Christmas (before Bob was born) my husband bought me a book about keeping tortoises. Inside the front cover it said, ‘After reading this book you are entitled to one tortoise.’ I was very excited! Then life passed us by in a blur. After Bob was born a tortoise didn’t seem like the best idea. I planned to get one last year but my husband didn’t seem too keen anymore. I hoped that [click here to read on]

Mortgage Hunting Tips for the Busy Mummy - Guest Post

A mortgage is a debt instrument that is secured by collateral, which is a specified real estate property. Basically, the borrower has the obligation to pay back the borrowed amount via a predetermined set of payments. We were there for about 6 hours and I took Bob to use her potty many times but she did nothing. She had lots to eat and drink but apart from a tiny accident she held herself until she got home. Setting Goals To Help You Save - Guest Post

Although it’s not always easy when you have a family, if you can afford to save some money each month it’s a great idea to get into the habit of doing so. Whether it’s for something specific like a holiday, a car or a deposit on a home, or just so you can have some money aside for a rainy day, having savings means you and your little ones are more secure and prepared for the future. The first thing [click here to read on]

Fun Photo Fun - Rock

Whilst on holiday at Coombe Mill we spent a lovely afternoon at Rock beach. The weather wasn’t great but it was fine. Bob and her daddy spent ages making sandcastles. They then moved on to more impressive sculptures. A caterpillar . . . and a turtle. It was a wonderful afternoon in a beautiful location! I have missed seeing all of your photos over the last couple of weeks and I look forward to seeing what you have been up [click here to read on]

Me & Mine - A Family Portrait Project

September has been a wonderful month full of quality family time! My husband had two weeks off work and we had many adventures. We had a holiday at Coombe Mill, a visit to Peppa Pig World (which I will write about later) and lots of lovely days out. One of our days out was to a pony centre. We had a wonderful afternoon! (I have some lovely photos from this day which I will share with you soon.) There was [click here to read on]
