I am always on the lookout for new photo shoot ideas!

I have one vinyl background, which is white, and I have wanted to get some other backgrounds for a while but the vinyl ones are so expensive and I was not sure how sturdy the paper ones would be.

When I was given the opportunity to review some paper backgrounds from Ella Bella I was interested to see what they would be like.

I was really impressed! The paper is of good quality and the backdrops hang really well!

The tube slid easily onto my frame and as the paper is lighter than vinyl there was no need for any fancy clamps to stop it from unrolling.

Technical

I put a couple of books at the bottom so that the wall backdrop met evenly with the floor one. This did the job. I have seen fake skirting board that you can buy to use with the backgrounds. Maybe this could be my next investment. 🙂

These backgrounds provide a much cheaper alternative to vinyl backdrops. I know they won’t last as long as vinyl but after using them for a while it will be nice to have an excuse for some different ones. Ella Bella have many different designs and I would love to try them all!

It means that I can have much more variety in my photo shoots!

Thanks Ella Bella! I love these backdrops and I am looking forward to all the photographs that I can take!

Disclaimer: I was sent the backdrops free of charge for the purpose of this review but all photographs and opinions are my own.
