As my mum and dad live a couple of hours drive away we Skype every few days. Bob knows what is happening when I show her the laptop; she gets excited and stares at the screen. She loves seeing her Grandma and Granddad and she enjoys playing games with them through the magic of Skype.

Occasionally I have to nip and get something and I leave Bob listening to my mum. This is where the terrible twos creep in. ;0) My mum says that as Bob watches me leave the room, a cheeky look appears on her face. She then goes to the laptop and closes the lid! I cannot hear my mum trying to let me know and, meanwhile at my mum’s end, she is getting messages from Skype saying that they are sorry that she has encountered a problem and that they are working towards finding a solution. Oh dear Bob!

On top of that she has also discovered the space bar. As I am talking to my mum she often presses it without me noticing. I carry on talking, blissfully unaware that she has muted me. Maybe she is trying to tell us something. ;0)

It was a challenge to catch Bob in the act, I had to pretend to leave the room, this is the closest to proof that I could get.

If your little angels have been unusually out of character this week or if your little devils have been up to their old tricks, link up below so that we can all share your pain and have a good giggle.

I look forward to these, and you’re early this week! A nice techy-terrible-twosday on this occasion.

So funny 🙂 My little one kisses the screen when we Skype my mum. It’s really cute but I have milky smears all over my lap topx

That is just sooo cute. I’m sure these little ones are masters of disguise. They pretend to be all cute and un-knowledgable and then bam…mischeif of the highest degree. Just love the pic! 🙂

Glad to have found your Blog!

I would never dream of leaving either of my 2 alone anywhere near tech they could fiddle with! Jake especially seems to be a ble to find settings that i didn;t even know existed; the volume control on my iPod still doesn;t work thanks to my letting Ellie play with it.

Skype’s great though: my Mum lives overseas with my sister & can’t travel so it’s her only chance to ‘meet’ the twins 🙂

Might have to stop as she gets older. Skype is great. Lovely that your Mum can see them. My friend lives in Australia and her Mum is over here. She’s just had twins. Means her Mum can see them grow up.
