At the moment our nights are horrendous. We are lucky if Bow feeds every 2 hours. We are even luckier if he settles after his feed. If he feeds for 30 minutes and then settles quite quickly we get just over an hour before he needs feeding again. If we are unlucky he feeds more frequently and doesn’t settle between feeds.

He is not very well at the moment. He has a cold and he is struggling to breath through his nose which make feeding interesting. He is also struggling with wind so is usually unsettled between feeds.

When the morning arrives we feel awful and don’t know how we are going to survive the day. Luckily every morning usually starts like this which reminds us that it is all worthwhile.

If you have written about something that made you smile or captured a photograph that melts your heart I would love it if you linked up below. Posts from your archives are welcome as long as they make you smile. 🙂

The linky will open on a Saturday and run for a week, so feel free to pop in at any time. I am happy to read happiness any day of the week.

If you don’t have a blog and you would like to join in you can share your smiles on social media. On twitter & Instagram use the hashtag #shareasmile and tag me in the post so that I don’t miss it. You could even share a smile in the comments section below or post one to my Facebook page if you prefer.

Looking forward to smiling with you. Smiles are contagious so it is better to share them than keep them to yourself!

Awww, these photos are so cute. And as you say, a good reminder that it’s all worth it. Although I hope the horrible nights improve soon, it’s so hard being sleep deprived. x
