A girl can never have too many party dresses! The party season is upon us and Bob needs to look her best!

When Tesco contacted me to ask if I would like to take part in their party outfit competition I jumped at the chance! I was given £50 to plan a party outfit for Bob.

F & F clothing is such good value for money! I used to buy many of Bob’s clothes online from a high street brand. It was convenient as they delivered quickly but it cost a fortune. In October I went to Tesco and bought Bob’s winter wardrobe for £80. They have some lovely cardigans and shorts and tights sets. They also have some Peppa Pig tops which pleased Bob.

When I started to shop for a party dress for Bob there were so many to choose from. In the end I decided on a gorgeous pale pink dress that was covered in roses. This dress was only £12 so it gave me lots of money to accessorise. A girl can never have too many of those either!

Beautiful

I found some beautiful lace pumps for £8. Bob fell in love with these instantly and I now struggle to get her to wear anything else! I bought Bob a 2 pack of party tights for £4 but they were too big so she ended up wearing her own for the photoshoot. I then came across a faux fur jacket that was only £18. It looked so snuggly and I can’t wait to photograph Bob wearing it on snowy days. Up to now Bob’s outfit came to £42 so, just because I could, I bought a wonderful faux fur muff for £6.

Toy-Bunny

I am so glad that I did this as it was lovely and it will also look as pretty as a picture on snowy days!

Fluffy

This left me £2 short of my total. I browsed the website wondering whether to buy an extra pack of tights when I came across the best part! I found a beautiful rosé garland headband for £6. Without the tights that we didn’t use Bob’s outfit cost exactly £50.

After I had placed my order I wondered if I had got a bit carried away. I kept trying to picture the outfit as a whole and I just kept thinking of flower fairies in The Lion The Witch & The Wardrobe. When the outfit arrived I was so pleased with the result!

Bunny-Cuddles

Bob looked wonderful and she is now set up for the party season, winter and any trips through the wardrobe that she would like to take. Thanks Tesco!

Disclaimer : I was sent a £50 voucher to cover the cost of Bob’s outfit but all opinions & photographs are my own.
