My health visitor keeps telling me to make sure I get some time to myself. That is much easier said than done! Michael does his best and tries to take Bow off my hands for a while but he is a bit of a mummy’s boy.

When I do get a moment I like to attempt to have a relaxing bath. This is also easier said than done. Bob has a sixth sense and the moment I run the bath she wants to get in it with me with all of her toys. The other day I spent 20 minutes of ‘me time’ playing ‘The Little Mermaid’. I was Ariel’s sister. I suppose it could have been worse. Bob could have cast me as Ursula!

The other day I managed the impossible! I was in a bath full of bubbles all by myself! It was such a treat! I tried my best to not think about breast feeding and nappy changes and I let my mind wander.

All I could think of was how our bathroom needed a make over. It is the one room in the house that gets over looked. I had seen some beautiful bathroom ideas on Pinterest which put ours to shame!

The one thing I love about our bathroom is the towel radiator. It prettier than a radiator and it gives off a lot of heat. towel radiators, like the ones from Verismart Heating are great during wintertime and I regularly have to turn ours down. It is also not as easy to clutter a towel rail as it is a radiator. The rail has our towels neatly folded over it. Many of the radiators in our house are uttered with wet washing and underwear.

A beautiful bathroom is the way forward! I am hoping to spend more time in there and I want it to be relaxing and indulgent when I do!

This is the same for me with my cats, they can all be fast asleep, so I run the bath, just get settled and they are all meowing at the door x

Ash has a thing about towel radiators I’m not sure why, have to admit I wouldn’t mind one though and nice huge bathroom 😉

Oh I haven’t had a bath for years! In fact the last one was the night I gave birth to Pickle. He would SO want to come in with me! Kaz x
