The last 6 months have been really tough! We have had health problems, relationship problems and times when I didn’t think that things could get any worse. I won’t go into too much detail as my blog is my happy place but I am happy to report that things are looking up!

My sister kept saying to me, ‘It takes rain to make rainbows,’ and she was right.

Health wise things are much better and my husband and I are now stronger than ever!

Michael has a new job which is a fantastic opportunity for him and we are relocating to a lovely traditional dales village just outside Skipton.

It is a lovely village with a wonderful primary school and a nice pub. You see we have our priorities. 😉 It is also much nearer to my family and my old friends. I am really looking forward to being able to see them more often!

I have some lovely friends where I live now and I am sad to be leaving them but we will be back to visit often!

Our new house is lovely and it has an amazing kitchen! I can’t wait to get my bake on in there!

We have busy times ahead but it is all so exciting and we are all looking forward to a fresh start!

I am sorry to hear that the last 6 months have been so hard, if I can do anything….. good luck with the move. Skipton is lovely. When i broke up with the ex a close friend got me a star which said “Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain!” Thinking of you all!
