Friday 26th July (Day 1) I took Bob’s nappy of this morning and I didn’t replace it. It was very warm and most of the flooring in our house is laminate so Bob could run around naked and accidents wouldn’t be a problem. I kept asking Bob if she wanted to use her it, she said that she didn’t. She didn’t wee or poo for quite a while. I was surprised as I have the weakest bladder in the world! [click here to read on]
We have been potty training Bob for just over a week now and, after a rocky patch involving a scary potty, she has taken to it really well! We have still got a way to go especially when Bob is having too much fun but she is getting the hang off it. Bob is 2 tomorrow! I can’t believe it! It seems like only yesterday that I was going on long walks and eating pineapple to try to encourage her to join us. Choosing a child’s name is such a big responsibility! The name that you choose will be stuck with them for life! When I was pregnant I found that there were so many questions that I wanted answering. I questioned every new development and hoped that it was normal for each stage of my pregnancy.
