Last year I was walking around an arts market when I spotted a fabulous stall! At first glance it looked like a beautiful jewellery stall but, after close inspection, it was like nothing I had every seen before!!!
These gorgeous silver pendants and charms had fingerprints and little hand and footprints on them! As Bob was only a few months old I got very excited about having her tiny handprint on a piece of jewellery that I could treasure forever!
Vicki from Rae and Edward handcrafts these wonderful items and I was keen to find out more. I have a Pandora bracelet and she makes a charm that fits onto it. My husband panicked as I approached her stall but when he heard the price he relaxed. It was fantastic value for money!
Vicki wiped Bob’s hand with a special wipe and took a print of her hand. I couldn’t wait to see the finished product! When it arrived I immediately loved it!!! It had Bob’s handprint on the front and her name on the back. People often comment on it, as it is the nicest charm on my bracelet (and my bracelet is very full).
I spoke to Vicki to see if she would be willing to give away one of her wonderful creations and she said yes! Vicki would like to give one of my lucky readers the chance to win a piece of her bespoke jewellery. The winner can choose to have a Pandora charm (with either a hand, foot or paw print) or a charm (with fingerprint). The Pandora charm comes on a lovely sterling silver oxidized bump bead, which fits either a Pandora or a Lovelinks bracelet. The other charm comes fitted with a sterling silver jump ring and you can choose either the round or heart shape. Both have a value of £45. (If you would like to have a name engraved also Vicki would do this for you for £5.)
This competition will run for a week, it will close on Monday 23rd July at 12pm, and there are various ways that you can enter.
