I found this week’s challenge of ‘Tears’ very difficult, as I felt mean grabbing the camera when Bob was upset. I did, however, manage to take this photo and, although she is crying, I think it is beautiful. At least that’s something.
When I mentioned about my lomography obsession in Fun Photo Fun- Amazing, I was surprised at how many people had never heard of it. I loved using my lomo cameras before I had a blog! I have an original Lomo LCA and a Diana F. Since I started blogging they have been hidden away in a cupboard as, when you need to use photographs for posts, digital is much more reliable. Last week we went to the zoo. I was looking forward to seeing Bob’s reaction, as the last time we went she was too young to appreciate it. She loved looking at the animals and she had a lovely day! I love photographing everyday life! Obviously, I enjoy photographing occasions and places of interest but I really enjoy finding the beauty in everyday things. Bob really enjoys playing in her new bedroom. There are 2 gorgeous rabbits that live on her bookcase. She likes to take them to the step on the landing and sit with them. I have got a new camera! How exciting!!! I loved my inbetweener. It took some fantastic photos and it helped me to learn the basics of shooting manually. It is a great camera for those that don’t feel ready for an SLR. I feel that I have achieved all that I can with this camera and it’s time for me to take the plunge.
