Internet On Legs

The Internet is such a huge part of everyday life. Not only does my work and my social life mainly revolve around it, it is also a lovely sense of security. If I am driving and I get lost I know that 3G and Siri will help me find my way. It is nice to be without it occasionally. On our holiday to Majorca I didn’t have internet for a whole week and it was quite refreshing. Usually though, when [click here to read on]

A Couple Of Apples Short Of A Fruit Bowl

We are a bit Apple crazy in our household. Now I know how good Apple products are there is no going back. Between us we have 2 Macs, an iPad, an iPad mini and several iPhones. The problem is that they are a bit too delicate for me. The reason we have 2 Macs is because the first one broke. We were told it would cost more than a new 1 costs to repair so we bought a new one. The Size Of Celery

Don’t panic, I am not pregnant again! 🙂 I am just catching up and giving myself a chance to get over the trauma of childbirth before writing about it. 37 weeks pregnant – Our baby is the size of a stick of celery This week’s fruit or vegetable should be either a winter melon or Swiss chard. I was struggling to find either of these but as I had 2 options that I could have used for 36 weeks I [click here to read on]

A Space Of My Own

We have finally got around to registering Bow’s birth. We had an appointment last week but when we turned up Michael had booked the wrong day. Luckily we managed to rearrange another appointment before he was 6 weeks old.  During the meeting the lady asked me what my profession was. I didn’t know what to put. In my head my blog is still a hobby. I wasn’t sure I had a profession.  Michael pointed out that my blog had been [click here to read on]

Share A Smile - First Smiles

The other day Bow smiled for the first time! We have had wind smiles and REM smiles which were lovely (you can see the gorgeous REM smile that I captured here) but this one was a real smile! It was morning and I was laid in bed with him talking to him. All of a sudden he grinned at me. It was such a lovely smile that reached all the way to his eyes! Shortly afterwards Bob woke up and [click here to read on]

Caboodle Changing Bag Review

When Bob was a baby I had a slight obsession with changing bags. Bow is only 5 weeks old and I already have 2. I think it may be starting again. There are so many lovely bags out there with many different features. How can I be expected to have just 1. 🙂 I was recently been asked if I would like to review a Caboodle changing bag. I was familiar with these bags as I almost bought one just [click here to read on]

It's A Man Thing

We love our current home! For the past 12 years we have lived in old houses. They were lovely and quirky but they were also full of nooks, crannies and constant cobwebs. We now live in a house that was built 10 years ago and it is a refreshing change! The house layout has been very well thought out and we have some amazing storage places. It is the perfect family home. The thing we have had to compromise on [click here to read on]
